Delivering the Highest Quality Home Healthcare

Our mission is to provide prompt, high quality coordinated medical care delivered by healthcare practitioners to the home and improve both the health and quality of life of our patients.

IVPS works with a wide range of DME suppliers to provide the best products for our patients. Our providers can order supplies such as: walkers, nebulizers, incontinence supplies, hospital beds and many more. Our goal is to provide quick, quality, comfortable and affordable medical equipment that will suit your needs.

Older adults with chronic conditions receive care from multiple providers, across multiple settings, and this care is often unorganized and confusing. At IVPS, we have an established model of inter-professional primary care (family health teams) with the aim of providing enhanced interdisciplinary primary care to patients. We can coordinate referrals with a whole variety of specialist. Our main goal is to have clear and direct communication.

As America’s older population continues to grow, the need for quality medication management services does too. It is an important tool for ensuring the health of these individuals as well as managing their health care costs. Benefits include:

  • Less stress for the patients and their families. Everyone can be comfortable knowing medications are being distributed and taken correctly.
  • Less money spent on related health care costs such as emergency room visits and hospital stays
  • Reduced illnesses and deaths due to medication noncompliance or drug interactions

For many families, home health care is a beneficial choice—a safe and affordable solution that supports the family, while allowing your loved ones to stay in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Please click on our INSURANCE option to see if we accept your insurance, but for the most part; we accept all major insurances and could arrange a payment plan if you do not see your insurance listed .

At-home visits are treated the same way as if a patient is going to their brick and mortar doctor, most insurances understand that the same services are provided. With that being said, same rules apply such as co-payments and deductibles. You may call the office to verify your insurance with us.

Yes, we require a $250 deposit before beginning services.

Of course not, if you have a doctor who has been providing excellent care to you, we highly encourage you to continue seeing them. However, insurance does allow a visiting physician to be added to a patient’s case, in turn, we will work directly with your PCP to develop the best treatment for you.

Scheduling a Visit

We normally try to schedule our new patients within 2-3 business days.

Hours of operations follow:

Monday:9:00 to 5:00
Tuesday:9:00 to 5:00
Wednesday:9:00 to 5:00
Thursday:9:00 to 5:00
Friday:9:00 to 5:00

We are closed for lunch every day from 12:00 to 1:00

Your health care needs will determine house call frequency. If you are sick and experiencing issues, your provider will see you more often. Your provider will create a care plan with you for overall health management.

We try our very hardest to try to keep the same provider with the patient.

Most diagnostic tests can be performed in the comfort of your own home. If a larger scale test or procedure is necessary (MRI or CT scan), then we will make arrangements at a local hospital or diagnostic center.

Our mobile health care services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs within 2 business days. However, if it is an emergency, then we highly recommend you go to the nearest urgent care or hospital.

Services Offered

IVPS will work with the hospital and make sure your doctor is updated with the most recent information and collect any discharge paperwork that will be needed.

Your first visit with IVPS will be the same experience as when you had your first visit with your physician. We will ask you many questions, paperwork will need to be filled out, and we might take blood on that visit. Even though the visit has to take place at the patient’s home, the protocols of delivering medical services do not change.
